Earlier today on Saturday, three attackers shot and murdered the top NCP leader in Mumbai. Reports suggest that the various motives for the murder of Baba Siddique include rivalry and contract killings. The two arrested gunmen, identified in the report by NDTV, have reportedly confessed to their affiliations with the Lawrence Bishnoi Gang.
Maharashtra Chief Minister Eknath Shinde said the police are searching for the third culprit in the murder case of Baba Siddique apart from two youths already detained after the incident.

The police stated that two people are arrested for the offence. Two people, Dharamraj Kashyap (19) belonging to Uttar Pradesh and Gurmail Singh (23) from Haryana were involved. The duo had been living in Mumbai for a month and half, the police said, adding that the accused had done recce of Baba Siddiqui's house and his working place.

An official word from authorities regarding alleged involvement of Bishnoi gang is yet to arrive. Probe details reveal the fact that gun men were staying in Mumbai for couple of months and had conducted many recce operations.
